my exwife is trying to go after me for past medical bills of my children....my divorce decree states that she has 30 days from receipt of bills to give me a copy. which she has not. also previous to the divorce i paid about $1000 for medical iblls which was the family's. (the 2 amounts are about the same). do you think that i should fforced to pay this amount? we are also supposed to be making joint decisions regarding the children (such as medical, schooling and welfare) for which she is not allowing me to. she had been violating the divorce decree and visitiation since the divorce.

Why are you trying to make this into a legal issue? They are your children right?
You shouldn't have to be forced to pay the bills, you should WANT to pay them.
