I have a question.
A family member of mine, who is about in her 70's, went into surgery to replace a pace maker and came out of the surgery with an infection. The infection stuck out of her chest like a soda can. With that said, the doctors still released her. She went home in pain and not feeling well at all and had to be rushed back to the emergency room. Can we sue the hospital for medical malpractice or something else. Please help.
