Medical report

Hi everyone, first time on this site. Not sure if I have posted this on the right section. Im looking for some advice regarding my medical records. Long story but I'll cut it very short. Final hearing next week regards to my ex paying child maintenence. I am unable to work full time due to a disability, so my ex has asked the court to order me to provide a medical report from my G.P. I am happy for my ex to view the report, but only on the day that we are in court, I do not want him to leave the court with a copy of this as I do not want my medical details in circulation. A copy of the report should really be posted to him in time for the hearing. So my question is, have I got the right to request that he only see's the report in court, and that he must hand it back to me before leaving the court room.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Lorrie - I am sure your husband's lawyer will complain about this issue since you are not giving them reasonable time for them to go over the records to examine the information that seems to be so crucial to the case. You can try to request that but it will be most certainly denied... Good luck to you!
