How do i know if i am being investigated for drug traffiking? What r their rules n procedures they must follow?

If you have no involvement with illegal activities, you have NOTHING to fear.

As far as rules and procedures, there is our constitution.

But, they have ways around that.

All I can say, is you can STOP doing anything illegal.

You should also break all ties to others doing illegal things.

If arrested, invoke your rights (remain silent, except for name, rank and serial number; ask for a lawyer; and then say NOTHING.

But, be polite and respectful at all times and to all who you come in contact with.
