Hi I'm 17 and just got an MIC while camping and I blew a .018 into the breathalyzer. I have found all the laws for this but haven't seen any of what the punishments for something like this can be. I'm a straight A student and play 3 sports. Will this stay on my record or affect possible jobs or colleges in the future?

You're innocent until you plead guilty or get convicted.
So, lawyer up, plead not guilty, admit to nothing, stay out of more trouble, wait.

If you are a minor, its already sealed (in most circumstances).

So, if you want the best outcome, get mother and father involved.

You need a lawyer.

Mom and Dad can get one for you, or request the court to appoint one.

Now, for yoru sake, stop blabbing about this and leave that demon rum alone, at least until you turn 21.
