Hello I hope someone can help me with my situation. I have been questioned by the police because of embezzlement. A deposit was stolen from my employer and now I am a suspect. I did not take the money but it appears that way because I was the last person to touch it before it went to the bank. What should I do and what are the charges for embezzlement?
