Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Michigan MIP help

I recently recieved a MIP from the campus police. I want to go into criminal justice but I do not know how this will look on my record. Is there any way to have this expunged from my record?

Is this your first MIP ticket ? If so don't worry too much . You probably have to go to court according to Michigan MIP law for first offender is maximum $100 fine, community services, abuse treatment classes ( You have to pay for this) . They will put you on probation for at least a year and after you finished your requirements they will dismiss your case . Remember this is only one time if you get another MIP ticket for 2nd time it will be different . It's not woth it to get ticket while you're on campus to study, you may loose scholarships . Best advise is Have Fun while on campus but don't do anything stupid.
