Mileage Was Misrepresented

My spouse purchased a vehicle that has 75,000 miles displayed on the odometer. I ran a Carfax (yes, after the sale) and found out that the mileage was over 100,00 miles in the year 2001. Can we legally get our money back? The Seller already removed the add from the online listing site and we didn't print it out. Do we have any recourse?

See if your sales agreement list the miles on the contract somewhere and compare to the CArfax report. Google your state's Lemon laws or car sales laws and see what your options are.
