Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Military Officer security clearance

i am a senior in college and in my final year of army ROTC, i recently got mixed into some negative things and was charged with misdemeanor larceny. i am working on my security clearance. will this charge affect me getting the clearance?
