Mineral property

I few years ago my wife and I set up a Living Trust. At that time I failed to place mineral property I own in the Trust. I live in Colorado, but the mineral property is in Kansas. The mineral deeds show an undivided interest for myself and my 4 siblings. How do I get the property in the trust since there are 4 other names on the deed?
