My parents transferred a mineral rights deed to my siblings and myself in 1988. A statement of claim of mineral interest has to be redone every 20 years so it is necessary for this to be done. Unfortunately, my parents included spouses and I am now divorced but didn't even think of this item when divorcing. The property is in Morton Co., North Dakota. My ex lives in Missouri and I live in Ohio. What forms do I need to remove my ex from the deed when I do my statement of claim (I have the form for that)?
