My 20 year old son received a DWI 8 months ago in Arkansas where he goes to school. He has re-obtained a valid AR license and would like to have his vehicle back. What can I do to minimize my liability if he decides to again drive while intoxicated and injures someone? I live in Texas. Currently his vehicle is in my name and he is covered on our ins policy. We are finacially supporting him while he's going to college. Thx for your help.
