Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Minor Frequenting Tavern Please Help!!

Hi, I live in Washington State. i just got a arraignment in the mail for
Minor Frequenting Tavern, i used to have a out of state id which had my age as 21 but i am a year younger, i went to a bar and the door man looked at the ID and said it wasn't real, and i told him it was and argued for a couple of minutes so i can get it back and he wouldn't give it back and then i left. The ID had my real name and real Bday just one year back. Now i get a court date in the mail, WHY? did he report me? Oh and the id had my picture too. Please help me.

I don't have to know you to judge that if you have several alcohol offenses before you're even 21 yet and are asking a legal board for help in preventing you from having to deal with the consequences of your actions, you're not someone I want driving anywhere near me or my family.

If another offense will mess up your attempts to straighten out the ones you've already got, don't commit any.

No one here is going to help you avoid the consequences of your actions. If you attend AA, you'll find out why.

The guy at the door probably just gave it to police. Of course, once you do that, the government wants it's money.

If you are under 21, and used a fake id knowingly, then you should be happy you aren't being charged for that as well.

thank you scooterdog, as for senior judge you don't know me so you can't judge me, you don't know the situation i'm in, there is a period in time in anybodys live where they mess up a couple of time and regret it and try to fix it, how do you know how well i drive, if you can't provide me with advice and instead lecture me than why post anything at all?, i'm not trying to avoid the consequence i'm just trying to fix it.
