Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Minor in posession. really need help here

OK. I ended up passing out in a yard walking home last night. when i woke up a cop gave me an mip. i didnt have anything on me, however i did fail a pen test and blew a .1 on a breathalyzer. Is there anything that I can do to get this wiped or reduced?
