Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Minor in possession

I was at a house party that got busted. After a search warrant was issued we came outside and cooperated with the police. There was about 10 of us who got caught. Two of my friends and I dealt with a seperate cop than the other few. They wrote statements and we didnt because we were instructed it was not necessary. We offered too but we never got the paper work for it and we were eventually let go. WE just found out that those of us who did not write statements were the only ones to recieve a ticket. I have court monday but is it possible i could get it dropped since only 3 of us were charged??

No. The fact that only three people got charged does nothing to show that you did not commit the offense.
