Hey, I'm a 17 year old guy that recently got a minor possession charge for alcohol. I was driving my car carrying 4 other guys with me at the time. We went to a gas station where one of my friends purchased beer (17 years also with a DUI conviction without a liscence). Upon getting in my car, we were immediately pulled over by undercover ALE officers. All of us recieved drinking tickets after my friend said that we all gave him money to get the beer. I was not drinking that night but yet still recieved a ticket. I went home and told my parents a slightly different story then what actually happened. They told my lawyer this same story and he is now going to court for me. I was wondering if im in even more trouble than i already am after telling the story that was not actually the truth. Please help me.
