My minor sons father passed away a year and a half ago. We just received paperwork from his brothers attorney. They have presented a will stating that the wife gets a third, and each of two of the eleven kids get 1/3. And it specifically excludes the other nine kids including my son who is a minor. Can I fight to get him a share? Shouldn't he receive some kind of support from this?

You
ll have to see an attorney but it is possible to disinherit children in most states.
was paternity ever established? You are eligible for SS survivors benefits possibly.
