I recently was arrested for an MIP and Pedestrian under the influence. I am 17 years old and was taken to real jail not a juvenille facility. The bottle of alcohol was found in the car but i had no ownership of it and my friend said he would take all the blame for it if he is allowed to. does anyone know if that can work out? if not it is a first-time offense does anyone know what the consequence will be for the Minor in Possession. once agian i am 17 and in Georgia
