Last Thursday I was in the backseat of my car while a sober driver was driving me, and a sober passenger was in it. The sober drover got pulled over for a rolling stop. The lady cop then smelt alcohol and made all of us get out of the car and blow. The two in the front blew 0.00 while I was in the backseat and I blew a .13.
My question for you is do I plead guilty or not guilty? What is the smartest way to plea if I dont wan't the misdemeanor to stay on my record? I want to try to get into a deferrament program to try and get it off my record but I just need to know which way to plea. If you could help me I would appreciate it a ton!
