Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP and i turn 21 in 2 weeks

i was down in statesboro ga for spring break and my buddie was driving and we went through a traffic stop and i was drunk but he was sober and the cop said he smelled alcohol and i told him it was me, he didnt write me for drinking underage but he did cite me for MIP and now im back in knoxville tn and have to drive 7 hours to go to a madatory court date and the ironic thing is is that ill be 21 when i have to tell the judge why i had beer on me haha

and the worst part to for me is that i was going to join the national guard and now if i get convicted i could make the drinking underage i recieved almost a year a go stay on my record for good thus making it a little more diff to join the guard
