Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Mip At 16!!

just the other night i was caught drinking at a friends house for only having a couple shots! and it's only because my mom called wanting to know where i was at!! she didn't know we were drinking or else she wouldn't of called the police! but they knocked at the door and notcied brunettes sitting on the table and asked me to blow!! so i blew a .03 and got a MIP!! i just wanted to know what kinda charges i am going to be expecting to get when i go to my court date!!

It sounds like you've already been charged (MIP). however, the good thing for you is taht .03 is a very low level. Try to get it reduced to a civil infraction.
