Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP crisis

I went to Houghton Lake for Bud Bash with my older sister and some friends. We had a few beers then put the boat in the water and went to check it out After about 3 beers my sister and I wanted to go check out some other boats, so we each grabbed a beer and started walking in the water to get to some other boats. We were about 25 feet from our boat when the police boat came and told us to go over there. I dropped my beer, but they deffinatly saw it. They asked our ages and I said I was 21 but I'm only 20 so when they checked it they knew and told me to get on the boat. Once I got on the boat I was terrified so I started to cry and hyperventalate a bit. They were very mean and told me to blow. Well I said that I didn't think I had to but they said if I didn't i'd be in alot more trouble and then litteraly shoved it into my mouth. I was cry so I couldn't really breath hard and they got made about it and made me to it again. They said I blew a .15 and I didn't believe them so I asked to see it and they didn't let me. I aslo asked if I could blow again or do a sobriety test and they said no.once we got to shore and they put me in the car one cop took my camera and was trying to turn it on but he couldn't figure it out so he asked me to turn it on. When I asked why he said you need to stop being so difficulkt and turn on the damn camera. So I did and he looked though all of my pictures. I do not think he was allowed to do that. Durring the car ride home I was still kind of crying and I was asking a few questions. Now I would say here if I was drunk, but I really wasn't and I was asking legitimate questions. I live in Chicago and was asking what will happen if I have tto go to court and if this would go on my record and the like. The passanger cop was very aggressive and angry and just kept yelling at me to calm down like i was so crazy person. Once we got to the place they were holding everyone-it was a kind off garage- the mean cop told another one that I had to be "put on the wall" because i was a "flight risk". I am a 110 pound 5'4" girl who was wearing nothing more than a bathing suit. So my hands were bound with string and now I am handcuffed to a bar on the wall. I was on the wall for about an hour and no one else who came in even had to wear restraints, they all just sat around in folding chairs. I feel like I was punished more b/c I was actually upset about what was happening and a drunk idiot who probably flashed to try to get out of thier ticket. My court date is 8-22-07 but I am going to reschedual it for later. Some people are telling me to plead not guilty, but i really have no idea what to do. I'd like to get this taken care of as soon as possible in as few trips to the court as possible since I live 6 hours away from it. please help!

I would suggest you start going to Alcoholics Anonymous.

Sounds like you have alcohol problems.
