a good friend of mine got an MIP in atlanta while at college, although he lives in MO. The question i have regarding this incident is whether or not this can ever be expunged. I had heard that if that is your first and only offense after 5 yrs. it can be expunged. I do not know if this is true. He is 18, so he's not a minor. I hope that someone may know something about the rules and how he may go about getting that off of his record.
