I am 15 and I was just busted at a party for drinking at a party. I blew a .044 on a breathalyzer and I had a bottle in my hand when the police walked up. I heard that there is a thing I am able to do where I pay $150 fine, do community service, and am on probatition for 6 months and the MIP is cleared off of my record. Is this true/possible? If so, how would I go about receiving this instead of a charge? Also, does this effect me getting my license at 16? Thank you.

according to MIP law in Michigan first offense is $100 fine + community sevices + taking abuse substances class for 4 weeks (once/wk) and you are on probation after you're done with all requirements your name will be taken off from conviction record THIS CAN ONLY DONE ONCE ONLY
