Hey, I'm 20 years old in the state of Washington, and got an MIP along with about 30 other minors. The police used state patrol, sheriff's dept, and city police to do an MIP sting, and looked for parties to bust underage drinkers.
My question is about court, though. This is my first time going to court, and I don't know the procedures too well. Do I plea guilty or not guilty? I don't have a lawyer, and was obviously guilty. But I'm looking for any chance to get it deferred. I have no other blemishes on my record, and would much appreciate advice! Thank you!
