Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP/MIC State trooper possibly out of jurisdiction

I just found out that the area in which I was citied for the MIP/MIC might be out of the idaho state trooper's jurisdiction,

does this mean my charges will be dropped? help me i dont know what to do
