I was in a friend's room on campus and there was some drinking going on. I had not drank in that room but had drank at the Chicken some time earlier. Some cops came by and they hid the alcohol and the cops began asking questions. He asked if I had been drinking I said yes at the Bat/Grill place earlier. He gave me the "pen test." Though I was not drinking the alcohol they found in the room, they gave me the MIP. Should I fight this? Get Legal Advice? What should I do? Is there any way to get out of this? (probably not, but it's worth checking)
