Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP of alcohol and tobacco

I need help. I was in an apartment complex laundry room with my friends. They were having beers and smoking. I was just smoking. All of a sudden one of my friends tells us that cops are coming, so everyone starts hiding bottles and beer. Intuitively i grab some half empty bottle and shove it into the washig machine in an efforts to hide it. IT WASN'T mine, because i wasn't drinking. right after i put it there i look behind me and see the cops staring at me from inside their car. they saw me put the bottle ther. One cop ran in cussing and calling me names and escorted me out. they concentrated on me. the cop searched me and found a lighter and a pack of cigarettes. since i am 17 i was charged with minor in possession of tobacco and alcohol and taken to jail. But that was not my alcohol, the cigarettes were mine though. What im afraid of is that they will take away my drivers licence that i am supposed to get in the beginnign of may (court also scheduled may 4th). Is there something i can do to prevent them taking away my licence? im fine with paying money or community service. thank you.
