Ok, so i just got an MIP 25662. Quick question, in court, which law is higher? State law or the county law? I also saw that i could get my license suspended...but i have to drive to school everyday, work a couple days a week and i also volunteer at a local place. if i do get it suspended...could i ask for a restriction to just those areas or no? By the way...i was not drinking (i didn't get a breath test), i was simply carrying it.
