My daughter walked to the bathroom in a state park with a friend who was a minor holding a beer. The friend, as well as my daughter, were administered a breathlyzer and received MIP's. Were my daughter's rights violated? She didn't have any alcohol with her and still was administered a breathlyzer. The MIP was issued by the DNR.
