My son rec'd 2 MIPs in one district court, then he rec'd a third in a different court within a year and half. His original court with the violations have been fair with their sentencing.
The second court that we went to, first time in front of this Judge and she gave him an unbelievable amount of probation, fines and threatened him that she will think about letting him go back to college.
Does she have that right to do that to him or anyone else for that matter. The kids were leaving this court left and right in tears...
I need some advise, is this legal?
