I was at school and a friend asked me to get a vodka that he had in his locker i had it in my backpack and he didn't show up in nutrition so i took it i didn't want it in my backpack so i gave it 2 some kid in my third period, i didn't drink at all.... i was playing my psp and i left class i opened my backpack and there was the vodka empty it was full to begin with they call me in and i have the damn vodka in my backpack and they give me a ticket- the deans told me it was possession and intend to distribute and i was like wtf? u know the officer comes gives me a ticked with code 25662 B&P minor poss of alcohol so i need some advice on what i should and shouldnt say in court
