Ok, here it all comes out. My boyfriend andI used drugs until he got arrested,did a little jail time and then put into DrugCourt run by judge. My boyfriend goes every couple weeks. theyre like a big family. well my boyfriend and i broke up because he was cheating again. on me . to save face hand look great to all his AA friends( Hes on the board & chairs meetings) he's drug me through the mud. i had an old probation warrant & boyfriend knew.threatened me with it all the time. his control. He's also 'disabled' but maintenece man for apartment building we lived in. when confronted he called police. i was in jail 5 days. my name now clear. no violence on either side. i get out of jail,go straight home & my key won't work. He opened door told me im not on the lease and my belongings gone to my family. I talked with police and he couldn't do that to me. i just wanted my cat i had before relationship. he claimed i took 'his' cat & other property. i took my cat but nothing else. police call me up next day(he had all day n night to concoct that story) about his stuff. he flat lied and he's harrassing me through them now. He told me he filed a protection order &i looked online. he was denied for it. but the very next day he's approved by his drug court judge and its also order for my cat. so if I'm served, i lose my baby. I'm tired of being railroaded. how ca
n i get fairness this way? note* our building manager told police that they had filed paperwork to remove me from property. Our rent was 500.00 a month and his income is 2. All of that goes to drug court and car fines. rent paid by my income @700.00 . he's sitting pretty bills paid kept all valuable property. take your pick to any of thesr issues. somethings got to help me because I'm on the edge alone!also when he got out of jail on drug charge,he had nothing. it got stolen from his place. weve lived together since the day he got out. i have a right to some don't i?
