A sr. probation officer of Camden County NJ child support office, was obtaining information on me and my family. She did a comprehensive report on us (I have proof). We called her office and filed a complaint with her boss. After further investigation she was terminated from her job because of this. Now I want to sue the Camden County Probation office and her for putting me through hell and back. I had to take time off from work because she would file false charges on me.

You complained; they investigated; they fired her. You might...*might*...have a lawsuit against her, but not against the office.

Consult local counsel.

A successful lawsuit against those with the DEEPEST pockets depends on many things, one of them being that to sue the sovereign, you first must obtain the sovereign's permission.

Then you have to prove that one of the king's men (or in your case, women) acted under color of office and beyond the scope of his or her assigned duties.
I could continue to bore you, but you need to start talking to some hot shot lawyers in your area.

You troll the waters, cast some chum, you might as "cbg" said get lucky.
