I am in the job market since 9 month, meaning looking for a job but, the employers turn down my applications, when they run my background check they see I have a criminal record on file. I have been charged for a misdemeanor case as:
STATE: TX
CASE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
OFFENSE DATE: 6/16/2008
OFFENSE: THEFT
DISPOSITION: 5/04/2009
DISPOSITION: DEFERRED
SENTENCE: PROBATION - 024M

Does my record be permanent after I have completed my probation? IF so, What is the cost of removing this type of case?

Have you been told that is why your applications were ignored? CRBs (criminal background checks) cost money its doubtful they run these for every applicant
