I am wondering if anyone has insight on why the police are seemingly using a terror tactic regarding a warrent I have due to not appearing in court for a misdemeanor theft first offense. Details set aside, I am beginning to feel crazy over the paranoia I have self inflicted, but keep in mind the incidents have become outnumbered to coincidence. I live in a suburb, low crime area. The police cannot be patrolling my house by coincedence. Tonight they sat parked where I could see them , and when I shut my blinds they relocated parking in front of my driveway in a manner no car could exit or enter. But also this area was a blind spot for any window in my home. This can't be normal. One night at 2 am I woke up to a bright flashlight shining into my house. Obviously if I could take care of this matter I would, they must know that. Is this normal for a misdemeanor warrent? No one believes me when I try and explain my fear, or tells me I am paranoid due to my legal issue. Why would the local police be spending their time patrolling my house like this? It just doesn't seem right and it is beyond me losing sleep over this situation that has left helpless. I feel physically ill daily, and the paranoia is becoming an issue to the point I have panic attacks at work when I see someone unfamiliar. This is really messing with me, and I understand I somehow created my own nightmare but I need to know if anyone has experienced this with a misdemeanor warrent??

Why can't you take care of the warrant? (Just to verify)

Yep. Take care of your warrant. In some jurisdictions you can simply go to the court on a particular day rather than be arrested.
If you have an issue with a regular police presence at your home you could contact the agency to complain.

The exact thing happened to me.
After I sealed my windows with beeswax, affixed aluminum foil to COVER the entire window surfaces, and fashioned myself an aluminum foil XRAY andLIGHT repellent device, sprayed vinegar across my entry ways, they disappeared entirely.
Last time I checked, the warrant had been recalled, and I even won $1,000 on a scratch off lottery ticket; no more issues, ever. Try it, OP it works.
