It depends entirely upon whether each employer elects to do pre-hire criminal background checks and if they do, whether they would care about any misdemeanor convictions. And that depends on what type of jobs you're applying for, what the convictions were for, and so on.
Any job that requires a background check may have a problem with it. It all depends on what is was for and the discretion of the employer. Yes it can legally hinder you for employment.
