We sold a piece of porperty based on the emails and oral agreements put forth by a purchaser. He wrote in his email that he would allow access to his property for general hunting rights and acknowleged in another email that he owed services back to us because he knew he was getting such a great deal. Upon finding us on his property, he has become difficult and has "revoked" our rights as set forth in his emails.

Is there anything that we can do?

thanks,
dakota

Yes, find another place to hunt. Any agreement would have to have been signed, emails do not count. Its his propertty now and you are trespassers.
