I recently purchased a condo that contained the follwing info in the MLS listing.
Condo Fee Includes :Water/Sewer, Management, Trash removal, Snow removal,Common area maintenance, Common area insurance, Reservefund

The condo fees were $150 when I originally submitted an offer. Later I was informed that it would be raised to $200 starting in January. I had no problem with this after reading and checking with my selling agent about all that was included for the fee. Now that I have purchased the unit and moved in I have received a water/sewage bill in my name. I was shocked after getting this since it is stated that water/sewage are part of the condo fees. I contacted the condo management company to confirm the deal. I was told the condo fees do not include my water/sewage. I feel misled on this, had I known this before buying I would have agreed the condo fess were to high for what I was going to acutally be getting. I noticed since I have brought this up with the condo management company they have contacted the listing real estate company and removed the wording on current listings. I have backed up a printed copy and screenshot of the listing before they changed it. Any advice wold be appreciated.... Thanks!

It sounds like you may have been misled. You might have a case for negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation by the seller and their agent. Did you make a record of your conversations with the selling agent? Who drew up the contract?

Did you have anyone (agent or lawyer) acting for you?

If you are successful, you might be entitled to damages in the amount of the water/sewage fees you are paying that you thought were included.
