Miss handle case no reason for my kids to have been removed

Ok my children 8,6,4 where removed from me ok, I was living at my parents house and my child said my brother had hit them and that I didn't do nothing ,wich in the report it does say I would get my kids and take them with me into the room so I did do something about it so wouldn't even get a chance to hit them , ok my brother would come once in a whole to visit obvious so for that reason dcfs told me I couldn't live there because I was putting my kids at risk ,which in some kind of way it's a lil bit understandable ,so I did as they told me I moved they went and check my new place out and she said everything was fine then a couple days she calls me ( socialworker)that she is at the police station with 2 of my kids so for me to go drop off my lil one at the time was still 3 yrs so no school yet so the paper they gave me she wrote that she didn't believe that I had moved out so that's why she removed them so it's been 6 months now I still don't have them back I've done everything they asked me for from getting a new place doing and finishing my classes and drug testing and all of the above ,and I'm still with monitored visiting I'm should be getting 9 hrs a week but I'm barely getting 2 finally last week I got 4 for the first time

Once the system grabs you, its hard to make it let you go.
Just remain calm and do what the nice people tell you to do.

Get a lawyer skilled in dealing with those sharks fast. At one year they usually have a termination of parental rights hearing saying the kids are stable elsewhere.
