Over worked parent, missed court due to transposing the time wrong. I am the petitioner and feel strongly about this case. What to do next?

Well it still does not look for you and if the other person counter sued for anything, they could have won in default since you did not show. You can re-file but if it is in front of the same judge, I wouldn't count on winning since you no showed the first time.
