my dad just received documents from the manager of his mobile home park telling him that he has 7 days to move my brother who lives with him, out of the park. They cited numerous annoyance infractions that my brother has committed as the reason. If my brother is not gone by Friday they indicate they will start a 60 day eviction process against my dad. Is this legal?
My dad wants him to leave but he is refusing. Is there anything my dad can do to get him out?
