I moved into a new apartment the beginning of October. When we moved in everything looked great. Since I have moved though, I have felt tired and kind of cranky because of it. About a month ago, I noticed we have water coming through all the window seams and there is bad mold growing all around the window.
I called the apartment complex and told them, they didnt do anything. I went online (they have a website to make service requests) and they came the next day and sprayed the windows down with what they called x14 (pretty much potent bleach). About a week later the mold was there again. I again told the apartment and they told me they will spray again, I explained it didn't do any good and they told me that is all they will do.
What can I do to get my apartment complex to take care of not only the mold, but the water causing the mold?
