My sister was left benif of my mothers life insurance. When mom passed in July my sister had stated that she didnt know of any life insurance policy. Come to find out she did know of one and had left everyone in the dark on the issue including me who signed the funeral bill. She also went threw all of my moms belongings and sold them at a sale without letting anyone else have a chance to pick out something of moms to keep. My mother had no will and I was wondering if I have ANY rights to the money and what can I do about her selling her things without cunsulting me on the issue first?
