Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Money order cashed

I want to know if I can be charged for cashing a Money order that i found and that is blank it's been 3 months ,I haven't cashed it is called western union and gave them the tracking/serial # to see if they could get to the onerous but they said they don't ask for I'd when purchasing a money order. What can I do?

If I were YOU, I'd tear that MO up, burn it, or shred it.

I wouldn't even try to cash it.

Be smart, protect yourself.

What if I told you, sure go ahead, cash it?

You cashed it, then later got arrested and charged with some crime, because you listened to some trickster on the internet.

I'm no trickster, and I don't want anyone to get arrested.

Tear that damn thing up.

Agree. Tear it up.

You've heard of Murphy's Law: Anything that can go wrong WILL go wrong.

You could end up in jail for cashing it.

Or, you might pocket a few bucks and never get caught.

Do you really want to take the chance. I wouldn't.

Why would you take a chance on cashing a money order that isn't payable to you?
