mortgage abandonment

My roomate has decided that she does not want to pay bills in a house that she and i both own. she is on the title as well as i and signed off on the paperwork. she has since moved out and has not paid any bills, including the mortgage and i plan to sue in small claims court.

Can i sue my roomate in small claims for mortgage abandonment? the only thing in writing is the mortgage agreement and plenty of paperwork to show that she is also financially responsible for the house.

Also, if i win a judgement in small claims court, what are my remedies for making sure the judgement is paid?
