Mortgage Repayments - Separation

I have separated from my husband and he lives at our flat still but I have moved out as I no longer live at the flat anymore I wondered what I need to contribute each month, I have been paying the mortgage but not the utility bills. I wanted to know if I have to pay towards the maintenance and the buildings insurance even though I don't live there.

I am in a similar situation, in Utah. My ex is living in the house, (my property is still there for now) but I am living elsewhere paying half of my mortgage. I'd like to know as well if I'm responsible for upkeep costs; the house is on the market. I'd also like to know if there is any way he can keep me from coming into the house as long as I'm on the title and paying half the mortgage payment. I'm afraid if I can't keep an eye on the house he'll leave it a disaster
and it will never sell. If I go over when he's there he screams at me for just being there, so I try to go when he's not there.
