Motel Privacy Violations Peep Holes In Our Room People In Ceiling

I rented a motel room for my girlfriend for a few weeks while my house is being renovated. I stayed there with her about half the time, when I was not there the owner constantly bugged her. He would wake her up and try to step into her room saying he wanted to check the room or some other excuse. Every time she went to get in the shower someone would knock on her door, this starting getting very odd. There were no rooms above her's but you could hear someone crawling around in the ceiling. There were about 12 peep holes in the ceiling and around the moulding. We took alot of pictures when we left yesterday before changing motels. I confronted the owner about this a couple of times but he ignored me. Do I have any kind of Privacy Violation Case? I want my $1200. back I paid for the room. It did not include half of the stuff in the brochure. Do I go to the police or what? There could be cameras up there for all we know broadcasting on the web!

You need to file a police report immediately and then contact a local attorney and file suit against the motel.
