Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse mother in jail

My mother was held contempt of court will have to serve 90 days in jail. She has a pill addiction and a ton of other issues caused by pill addiction. She is refusing to contact me. Her home rent is paid for this month, i can not pay her rent next month. Legally am I allowed to enter her house? I need to pack her belongings so she doesn't lose everything! I surly don't want to get into legal trouble by trying to help her. She is divorced, I am her oldest. We live in South Carolina. Please help!

The landlord won't be able to throw mom out that fast. Her property should be fine.

The landlord is pretty shady and has been known to go into the home without her permission. Unfortunately he has a pill addiction as well and she met him through a support group. I'm worried he will steal stuff.

You have no legal standing to enter mom's home. It's tough, but I suggest you allow mother to eat the stew she's cooked. Don't get yourself involved by breaking any laws.
