My mother died 16 years ago she had bought a house with her patner of the time he paid for her funeral and paid for two parties to be buried in the plot .
He as been in contact with my self and my sister saying he wants to go in the plot with my mother.
We got nothing from him when he sold the house should we have been entiled to anything also does he have the legal right to be buried with her after all this time or can we stop him.My mother never wrote a will.
